Nepali Radish Pickle (Mulo Ko Achar)


This is an easy, tasty, and healthy pickle!


1 large daikon radish, rinsed, peeled and cut
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 cup mustard oil (may substitute canola oil)
2 teaspoon mustard powder
2 teaspoon red chili powder (may add more or less per taste)
