Easy, healthy, and tasty breakfast


I found this "recipe" a year ago and it's still paying dividends. Easy, fast, healthy and delicious. I've been eating this for breakfast almost everyday and I see no reason to switch.

  • plain low-fat yogurt
  • berries, fruit
  • unsalted nuts

That's it! Now I just need an equivalent for lunch and dinner :)
