2018 was a difficult year. It started out with me thinking I had RA, being super tired all the time, and having trouble falling and staying asleep. The year ended with finally getting sleep under control. It was a lot of trial and error and I finally got diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I've now made peace with using a cpap machine and for 2019 I'm working on being intentional about getting good sleep.
