Simple and easy self care

Tending to yourself can be as simple as:

  • Drinking a glass of water
  • Paying attention to how you're breathing
  • Stretching your arms to the sky
  • Slowly turning your head to the right and to the left
  • Feeling your feet on the ground
  • Making a circular motion with your shoulders
  • Eating something
  • Going outside for a few minutes
  • Putting your legs up the wall during a break
  • Wiggling your fingers and toes
  • Noticing any tension in your body and naming it
  • Checking in with someone you love
  • Stepping away from technology for a bit
  • Validating however you might be feeling
  • Singing your favorite song
  • Softening the muscles in your face
