Ironically you can get better sleep by setting your alarm every morning a little earlier than you would normally wake up. I learn't this little trick from my sleep therapist. For example if you normally wake up at 7:00am then set your alarm to wake you up at 6:45am. You will feel a little sleep deprivation and want to go back to sleep. Ironically this can help you sleep longer and better the next night.
