This is an empty, unused IT park built outside the city of Kathmandu but inside the Kathmandu Valley. It was funded by foreign donors in the hopes of spurring an IT revolution but since it's a little far from Kathmandu now sits completely empty. Anyone wanting big fat pipes of bandwidth should set up shop here.
