Germany’s leading mountain sports equipment supplier Vaude opened a showroom at Lazimpat in association with Himalayan Techno Gears Trading of Nepal. Besides offering a wide variety of mountaineering and trekking gear, the showroom houses a café, Italian Illy, where customers can grab a bite and take a break from shopping. Vaude is the first European mountain sports equipment company to open an outlet in this Himalayan country. Tents, rucksacks, shoes, mountain clothing, backpacks and all kinds of heavy-duty mountaineering and adventure sports equipment are available in the showroom.
